Refund policy

At Momin Moments, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Physical Products (Handmade Books)
Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Digital Products (PDF Guides/Activities)
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of PDF products are final.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or find an error, please contact us at mominmoments@gmail.com and we will make it right immediately.

Damaged Items
If your handmade book arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery so we can send a replacement.
